Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?
Yes, it's extremely safe. At PlaygroundSource, we provide a secured checkout with Secure Socket Layering (SSL up to 256 bits) for processing your payments online. Add items to your cart and click Secure Checkout to make your payment using a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Due to popular demand, you can also use this method to pay using your PayPal account or your Google Checkout account. You can also use your regular checking account through MyeCheck or layaway your order using eLayaway. Payments will be billed as "OCG LLC" - our parent company name.

How do I check the status of my collegiate order?

Once you are a registered customer of PlaygroundSource, you can log in (top right of every page) and check the status of your order. You may also contact Customer Service directly by calling (334) 558-0864 M-F from 8 AM to 6 PM CST.

Delivery Times:

In addition to the manufacturing/processing times, add 3-5 business days for Standard UPS or FedEx ground shipping (depending on destination). Packages are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping for APO/FPO, U.S. Territories and international is approximately 1-2 weeks via U.S. Postal Service. Please note: We are unable to deliver UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day to a P.O. Box address.

How much will I be charged for Shipping and Handling?

Our standard shipping and handling fee for all orders is $10.00. Expedited shipping is available on the ordering site for an additional fee.

Why do you charge tax online?

All orders originating in the state of Alabama are subject to state and city tax as required by law due to our Company's corporate location in Montgomery, AL. The exact amount of sales tax applied to your online order will appear in the order review screen once you have entered your zip code.

What credit cards do you accept for payment?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Google Checkout. If you would like to pay via your regular checking account, we also offer MyeCheck. Layaway is also offered on qualifying purchases through eLayaway.com

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address by completing our online service request form or by contacting Customer Service at (334) 558-0864 M-F from 8 AM to 6 PM CST. If your order has already been processed or shipped we will not be able to make any changes.

What is our Standard Return Policy on our collegiate merchandise?

If, for some reason, you would like to return an item you have purchased from us, you MUST contact our customer service department (334-558-0864) within 3 business days of receipt of the product for return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping to PlaygroundSource. Items must be returned in new and unused condition and contain ALL original materials included with shipment. A restock fee will apply and varies depending on manufacturer/supplier of the collegiate products you wish to return. Our Customer Service Department will calculate the restock fee when you call for authorization. Once we receive your returned product, examine and determine it qualifies for a return, you will be credited for the total fee paid for the product, minus the restock fee. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

How soon will my order be shipped?
Since all of our products are made to order, your order will ship in 3-4 weeks depending on the volume of orders we are receiving.
